Lead times on a custom neon sign is currently 3-4 weeks. (our bespoke 'neon builder' app will be added to the 'Bespoke' section of this website over the next few weeks making it quick and easy to create your very own neon and recieve an instant quote)

Many of our products are one offs and are sold via our Sheffield showroom and other various sales platforms. Whilst every effort is made to ensure only items that are still available are listed on this online shop, there could be the odd occasion when we need to source or make another one before being able to dispatch your order, we will of course try to contact you as soon as possible should this be the case.
